This policy explains what personal information iRecover (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit or buy from irecover.shop, and how we use it. iRecover is operated by Meljotech Ventures Limited.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you buy.
- Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment provider, Bachs. We never see or store your full card number.
- Browsing data: your device, browser, IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process, ship and deliver your order, and send you order and tracking updates
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, including through tools such as the Meta Pixel
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the store: our payment provider (Bachs), our fulfillment and shipping partners (who pack and deliver your order), our website host, and advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our store. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete other personal information at any time.
