Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, weather or carrier delays. Some items ship from a different warehouse; if your item will take longer, the product page will say so.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find it, email support@irecover.shop with your order number.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it only before the order ships.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us and we will help. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Customs and duties
Orders to the US and UK are shipped from local or regional warehouses wherever possible, so customs charges are rare. If any import duties or taxes apply to your order, please contact us before paying them.
